If you bought your phone via our webshop and if your phone is faulty within the warranty time period, please contact us via mintplus.ie or email out MintPlus care team at email@example.com.
Mint+ will offer a 90 day DOA returns policy offering a replacement device once the fault is verified by our suppliers as a manufacturing fault. Outside of the 90 days, we offer a 1 year manufacturer’s repair warranty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Mobile phone with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: FAO MintPlus Returns, Fonfix, Sandyford Business Centre, 1 Burton Hall Rd, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18, Ireland.
Our smartphones and accessories enjoy a commercial warranty which covers the product in the event of non-conformity. This warranty is limited to replacing the purchased product with another reconditioned product from an equivalent range.
This warranty is provided to you by Fónua (company number 267717) of Cairn House, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Republic of Ireland. Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.
Your handset is warranted against any defect or malfunctioning which may occur in conditions of normal use during the warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase as shown on your original invoice/receipt.
Batteries and accessories sold with your handset are also warranted against any defect which may occur during the first six (6) months from the date of purchase as shown on your original invoice/receipt.
In case of any defect in your handset which prevents you from normal use thereof, you must inform your vendor of such defect as soon as practicable after becoming aware of that defect and you must present your handset to your vendor together with your proof of purchase.
In case of any defect in your handset battery, the life of an individual rechargeable mobile phone battery in terms of conversation time standby time, and total service life, will depend on factors such the manner in which you use your handset as well as network configuration. The battery specifications for your handset state that you should obtain optimal performance for your battery during the first six months after purchase and for approximately 200 more recharges.
If the existence of a defect in your handset is confirmed by your vendor or by us, your handset or part thereof will be either replaced or repaired, as appropriate. If the defect existed in your handset from the outset such that you have been unable to use the handset, you may, alternatively, obtain a refund from your vendor for the amount paid by you for the handset. Repair or replacement may be carried out using reconditioned components offering equivalent functionality.
This warranty shall not apply to defects to your handset and/or accessory due to (without any limitation):
Non-compliance with the instructions for use or installation, or with technical and safety standards applicable in the geographical area where your handset is used,
Connection to any equipment not supplied or not recommended by Mint+™
Modification or repair performed by individuals not authorised by Mint+™ or its affiliates or your vendor,
Modification, adjustment or alteration of software or hardware performed by individuals not authorized by Mint+™
Inclement weather, lightning, fire, humidity, infiltration of liquids or foods, chemical products, download of files, crash, high voltage, corrosion, oxidation.
Your handset will not be repaired in the event that labels or serial numbers (IMEI) which had been affixed to your handset at the time it was purchased by you have since been removed or altered.
In no event shall Mint+™ or any of its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited commercial or financial loss or damage, loss of data or loss of image to the full extent those damages can be disclaimed by law.
Some countries/states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or limitation of the duration of implied warranties, so the preceding limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
